We are looking for a Manager of People Operations to drive operational excellence throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a small team of passionate professionals while managing the benefits, systems, and programs that keep GitKraken’s global people operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Execute company-wide programs like All-Hands meetings and quarterly OKRs
- Manage benefit administration and serve as the main contact for employees, brokers, and vendors
- Maintain BambooHR and ensure data accuracy across all functions
- Manage handbook and policy updates to ensure compliance and clarity
- Effectively manage employee relations issues with empathy, discretion, and consistency
- Deliver relevant, timely, and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Launch and manage the annual performance review cycle
- Manage compensation programs, including commissions, annual bonuses, and the merit cycle
- Partner with finance on payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage offboarding processes, including voluntary and involuntary terminations
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and their teams
- Directly oversee recruiting, office management, and IT
