You will be responsible for workforce management, ensuring compliance with manufacturing schedules, and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry
- CFC Chemical Operator or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in chemical production industry
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in people management
- Yellow belt certification and Problem Solving Level 3
