Job Description

As a Regulatory Technical Manager, you will ensure compliance with chemical regulations in the US and Canada and work with external partners and regional regulatory bodies. You will be an integral part of the Regulatory Affairs Product Safety team and will be based in Ridgedale, New Jersey, working 4 days onsite and 1 day from home a week.
Requirements
- Master degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical regulation and compliance in the US and Canada.
- In-depth understanding of TSCA, CEPA, and related chemical regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Premarket Notification (PMN) submissions and approvals.
