Job Description
Givaudan, a global leader in flavours and fragrances, is seeking a Savory Application Technologist to support customer projects and research with flavours and data. This role involves preparing and selecting flavours, evaluating product applications, and maintaining data for portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food science and a passion for creating delicious and healthy products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Applications managing food portfolio of instant noodles & sauces.
- Experience in servicing QSR/Food chain industry and experience managing Bakery portfolio
- Basic understanding of food ingredients and their functional use in applications.
- Understanding of basic financial considerations in flavour selection.
- Strong tasting skills and good communication abilities.
