Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field
- 8-10 years of experience in R&D project management
- Expertise in design, synthesis & characterisation of (bio)polymers, functionalisation of bio-macromolecules, microencapsulation, emulsions, sustainable materials, and analytical chemistry
- Strong drive for business support
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to deliver results in fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work in the lab
- Ability to connect and build relationships with a large variety of people
