Technical Program Associate

GiveDirectly is seeking a Technical Program Associate to implement and manage technology used across programs, including systems for recipient data collection, verification, payments, and monitoring. The role involves managing end-to-end technical delivery, collaborating with teams, and ensuring systems comply with GD’s standards for data protection, privacy, and financial controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong data skills
• Strong project management experience
• Deep comfort with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Intermediate experience using a programming or scripting language
• Significant interest in technology, systems design and building
• Fluency in English
