Development Operations Coordinator

GiveWell is hiring a Development Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the Philanthropy team. The role will involve coordinating administrative needs, maintaining systems and processes, and resolving inquiries with clarity and professionalism.

Requirements

• At least one to three years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, customer service, or roles involving logistical execution and stakeholder management
• Excellent operational coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in environments with ambiguity
• Strong communication and judgment skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and customer service environments is preferred but not required
