They're experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Founding Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to own capacity, performance, and reliability for their full-stack platform, handling traffic from hundreds of thousands to millions of users.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Software engineering experience
• Strong backend fundamentals (concurrency, caching, indexing)
• Proven track record setting SLOs and dashboards
• Comfort with Kubernetes and IaC
• Self-starter with a maker mindset
