Technical Training Specialist

This is an onsite position for a Technical Training Specialist at an aerospace manufacturing site, contributing to operational excellence and employee development. The role involves developing and delivering technical training programs, leading new hires, and ensuring alignment with site training requirements. Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environment
• Prior experience developing, and implementing, and delivering technical training programs (classroom, hands-on, and blended learning)
• Experience in building out or managing a training center/classroom, including equipment selection, curriculum design, and training delivery
• Extensive knowledge of course curriculum content
• Track record of mentoring or coaching technical staff and new hires
• Strong communication and presentation skills
