We are looking for licensed therapists to join our team at the North Allegheny School District. Our therapists work with school-based clients to provide individual, group, and family therapy, and must meet agency productivity requirements. We offer a supportive and respectful work environment, with a focus on trauma-informed care and Sanctuary certified. Must have a master's degree in a counseling related field, professional license, and meet eligibility requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a counseling related field
- Professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Eligible for PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance and FBI clearance
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with agency personnel and community agencies
- Ability to accept supervision
- Ability to adjust hours to job requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to protect the confidentiality of the clients
