The Psychiatric Mobile Medication Program serves Butler County adults 18 years or older with a psychiatric diagnosis, a history of inpatient hospitalizations, and difficulties in their progress towards recovery.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); Registered Nurse (RN) preferred. One year of psychiatric experience recommended.
- Emotional stability to perform essential job functions.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required.
- Ability to drive for work purposes including to client homes and to job site.
- Ability to implement agency policies and programming including but not limited to the following, Medication adherence, Medication administration, Medication reconciliation.
- Acceptable PA State Police Clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance, FBI clearance.
- Ability to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
