We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for various mental health issues at our licensed outpatient clinic in Zelienople, PA. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a clinical discipline, be licensed, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum
- Has an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES)
- Is licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience
- Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide clinical services to the clients and to perform essential job function
- Must have emotional stability to perform essential job functions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with agency personnel and community agencies
- Ability to accept supervision
- Ability to adjust hours to job requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to protect the confidentiality of the clients
- Must have acceptable PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance, and FBI Clearance
