Job Description
Gladly is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the development of its cloud infrastructure, architecture, and technical strategy. The ideal candidate has deep cloud architecture expertise, product development experience, and a strongly product-minded approach to infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of platform/infrastructure/DevOps engineering experience
- Expert cloud architecture skills (AWS strongly preferred)
- Ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives
- Technical leadership and mentorship
