Directeur Financier

Our client, a respected leader in the metals and minerals industry, is looking for a qualified Financial Director to join its subsidiary in the DRC. The successful candidate will oversee financial accounting and reporting, prepare treasury forecasts, and manage a 5-6 person financial team.

Requirements

• CPA (or equivalent)
• Experience and knowledge of OHADA GAAP standards
• Ability to work under pressure while respecting deadlines
• Strong technical and analytical skills in accounting
• Mastery of French and English, written and spoken, essential
• Ability to understand and communicate financial data in a relevant and concise manner, both orally and in writing
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, manage, and prioritize workload to respect all key deadlines
• Experience in managing relationships with a diversity of stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ideally, previous work experience in the DRC or other African countries
