Glia is a leading AI customer service solution for banks and credit unions. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will build the infrastructure for rich media solutions that power deep interactions for Glia's customers. You will join the Media Essentials team and work on the Voice+AI roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software- and infrastructure engineering experience
- Leadership & Ownership: Proven track record of leading technical projects and taking ownership of their outcomes
- Technical Foundations: Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and infrastructure best practices
