Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional software development experience
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems
- Strong understanding of compiled, strictly-typed languages and design patterns
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and experience running containerized applications
- Commitment to code quality and experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
- Knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices
- Leverage AI development tools like Claude Code in a deliberate and effective way, while also understanding their limitations and maintaining accountability for your work
