Job Description
This position is for an Ortho Assistant focused on assisting Hygienists and Doctors in providing exceptional patient care. The role involves understanding patient needs, preparing instruments, and ensuring efficient workflow. The Assistant will help uncover patient needs and motivations, leading to better treatment outcomes and informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Understand verbal, assumed, and foreshadowed needs and wants of patients and staff.
- Accurately prepare instruments and sterilize areas for each hygiene room.
- Understand and believe in what constitutes a 'Healthy Mouth' and compare patients to the baseline.
- Log-in to all practice programs in the AM and adhere to OSHA regulations.
