Global Catering Services is recruiting an Arabic-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our multinational team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role involves driving Talent Acquisition within all our business units across Abu Dhabi and serving as a trusted business partner and subject matter expert to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrate deep understanding of GCS long term and short-term strategies by acting as a trusted talent advisor to stakeholders.
- Develop effective strategies to attract, assess, select, and develop an impactful, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Understand and implement business priorities, workforce planning outcomes, regional current and future capability requirements while integrating any specific talent challenges into a compelling narrative and actionable plans.
- Lead the end-to-end processes of acquiring exceptional talent at all levels in alignment with strategic objectives and organizational needs.
- Collaborate in a culture of agile thinking, driving an outstanding candidate experience through a fast, adaptive, iterative recruiting approach, ensuring hyper-connectivity & visibility across multiple partner groups.
