Job Description
Global Channel Management is a technology company that specializes in recruiting and staff augmentation, seeking a Change Management Consultant with 5+ years of experience in top 5 management consulting firms or Market Bridge. The consultant will work on organizational change projects, including implementation planning and stakeholder buy-in.
Requirements
- 5+ years total work experience
- 2-3 years in top 5 management consulting firms (McK, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture) or Market Bridge
- Experience working on consulting projects for large companies, preferably in the Industrial space
- Organizational change project management experience
- Marketing functional experience (preferable)
- B2C project experience (a plus)
