Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and monitor account performance against contractual objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B relationship management
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM systems and spreadsheet-based reporting
