Job Description
Procura Mortgage Company is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join their team in Bellevue, WA. This full-time position involves originating mortgage loans, promoting real estate programs, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role offers opportunities for sales presentations and contributes to a diverse range of loan origination activities.
Requirements
- Market mortgage loan programs to real estate sales and personal contacts.
- Develop and maintain loan referral relationships.
- Interview buyer/applicants and originate investor mortgage loans.
- Ensure accurate processing and timely submission to underwriting.
- Handle loan applications and provide loan estimates.
