Job Description
Global Credit Union Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate and promote mortgage loans to real estate professionals. The role involves market research, loan application processing, documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely loan origination, disclosure, and repayment.
Requirements
- Market mortgage loan programs to the real estate sales industry
- Develop and maintain loan referral relationships with real estate professionals
- Interview buyer/applicants and originate investor mortgage loans
- Ensure accurate processing in compliance with regulations and timeframes
- Conduct sales presentations for realtors
