The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, production, and ultimate successful completion of all assigned projects.
Requirements
- Monitor and engage field operations to ensure that all safety practices are being followed
- Understand, enforce, and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with the project team, including co-workers, trade partners, design professionals, inspectors, and client representatives
- Participate in and lead the development of work plans to set operations up for success
- Manage and perform all business processes for contractual compliance and optimal outcomes
- Implement and participate in secure and organized document control, following all project and company requirements and best practices
- Develop, maintain, communicate, and build the project schedule
- Maintain vigilance and proactively seek to mitigate risks to protect the company and the project
- Participate in the project quality control plan
- Demonstrate a passion for the work and a willingness to learn
- Act with integrity in all business and personal interactions
- Represent the company and project in formal and informal settings
- Proactively communicate with manager, management, and teammates
- Work with an appropriate sense of urgency, and be decisive, within limits of authority
