Underground Utility Estimator

Global Earthwork + Underground is seeking an Underground Utility Estimator to play a crucial role in project planning and execution, focusing on cost estimation, bid proposal preparation, and project management for underground utility construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience with estimation software (e.g., Agtek Gradework, Highway, Underground and Materials, AutoCAD, HCSS HeavyBid, and/or Bid2Win, Bluebeam Revu)
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle client interactions professionally
• Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
