Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production software
• Strong technical skills across the full stack, frontend, backend, APIs, data modeling etc
• Excellent technical and analytical skills, especially in system design, state management, and failure analysis
• Ability to drive progress through ambiguity and break vague problems into concrete execution plans
• Prior startup experience and dealt with ambiguity and real consequences (desired)
