The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients through effective and efficient use of strategies and other resources. Key tasks include developing and leading top-performing teams, ensuring internal processes are implemented, and planning strategic initiatives to achieve growth.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager
• Experience working remotely is highly preferred
• US Healthcare Experience is a must
• Medical experience is preferred
