Line Cook 2 - Alltown Fresh

Alltown Fresh is looking for a Line Cook 2 to join their team. The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for the kitchen and preparing dishes using locally sourced ingredients.

Requirements

• Prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other meal prep
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
• Assist in training new culinary hires
• Understand and follow safe food handling procedures
• Follow established guidelines rotating stock items and storing produce at appropriate temperatures
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Empties trash as needed daily
