Job Description
We’re hiring a Trader, Biodiesel. As a key member of the Supply & Distribution Team, this role will allow the correct individual to grow a profitable trading business for Global in Biodiesel. The role will also include commercial analysis for new trading / supply assets, in both terms of new businesses and M&A opportunities.
Requirements
- Have a proven track record of profitability with the petroleum industry as an experienced trader.
- Have a strong work ethic, along with very strong leadership skills, a desire to succeed and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Understand basis trading, locational and structural arbitrage and how to take advantage of it in both paper and physical markets.
- Strong knowledge of rail logistics and current government policies as it relates to the product.
- Have establish trading contacts within the petroleum markets and a proven track record of trading both with principals and brokers.
