AI Lead Engineer

Axonlab is a pan-European In vitro Diagnostics and medical IT company seeking an AI Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple parallel initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong hands-on background in a top-tier tech company
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, and/or vision models
• Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, production-ready ML systems
• Strong problem decomposition skills and ability to lead technical teams
• Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset
• Very good command of English
