Job Description
We are looking for a senior management to lead our new China Foundry program, who will be accountable for the POR fab delivering milestones for production ramps in partner fab per the stipulated timeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in the semiconductor industry (engineering and project management) or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships or program management within the semiconductor industry or related technology sectors.
- Proven leadership experience and track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor market dynamics in Greater China.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with international and diverse teams and with multiple levels of management.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required, written & verbal.
