HR Specialist (12 month contract)

We're seeking an HR Specialist to join our team for a 12-month contract. As an HR Specialist, you'll be a key business partner to our clients, advising them on complex HR matters, and owning the full employee lifecycle. You'll work remotely and be based in Poland.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of EoR Industry is desirable
• Fluent French and English speaker
• Deep expertise in Swedish labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations in EMEA
• Experience supporting complex employee relations
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack
