Requirements

• Lead development and execution of strategies to grow customer value
• Drive weekly dashboarding and customer insighting
• Identify pain points in current processes/customer touchpoints causing complaints or churn
• Translates the brand strategy to target the right customer with the right offer at the right time
• Manage risks & ensure beta solutions to problems are implemented in line with existing control processes
