Manage the SIM-only portfolio strategy to position Globe as the leading choice for Postpaid plans. Develop a compelling SIM-only strategy aligned with customer needs, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in Product or Portfolio Management of consumer products and services (experience in subscription-based products preferred)
- GTM & Execution: Experience in end-to-end launch management across digital and retail channels; strong project/program management skills
- Commercial Acumen: Hands-on with pricing and unit economics (e.g. ARPU, CLV, churn, payback, elasticity, cannibalization). Able to build business cases and manage a P&L
- Data Fluency: Intermediate to advance spreadsheet skills and understanding
- Customer Insighting: Ability to translate VOC, journey pain points, and competitive scans into clear value propositions and plan improvements
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and present to senior leaders with crisp storytelling
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any related field (Master's degree is a plus)
