The Risk Management and Compliance Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring our organization's adherence to environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards, including the associated operational risks.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
- Develop and implement robust risk and compliance programs
- Monitor compliance of site operations with all applicable environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes
- Investigate and resolve risk and compliance issues promptly, thoroughly, and in accordance with established procedures
- Provide guidance and training to employees at all levels
- Stay current with changes in environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical regulations
- Represent the company in dealings with regulatory agencies
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on compliance activities
- Collaborate closely with other departments
