Risk Management and Compliance Lead

The Risk Management and Compliance Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring our organization's adherence to environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards, including the associated operational risks.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
• Develop and implement robust risk and compliance programs
• Monitor compliance of site operations with all applicable environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes
• Investigate and resolve risk and compliance issues promptly, thoroughly, and in accordance with established procedures
• Provide guidance and training to employees at all levels
• Stay current with changes in environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical regulations
• Represent the company in dealings with regulatory agencies
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on compliance activities
• Collaborate closely with other departments
