Regional Accounting / Finance / Administrative Specialist (m/f/d)

This role supports financial operations and communication between headquarters and subsidiaries across Europe, Turkey, and the CIS region. You will assist in gathering financial data, analyzing financial results, and supporting risk management, internal control, and tax compliance. The position offers a chance to apply your knowledge, implement ideas, and contribute in a rapidly growing, international company.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, legal studies, or a comparable qualification
• Initial work experience (5+ years) in finance, accounting, tax, or business analysis
• Strong interest in working in an international finance environment
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Motivation to learn and grow within financial operations across multiple countries
• Basic knowledge of accounting and tax principles
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures
• Proficient in Excel
• Fluent in English; Korean (Intermediate level) language skills
• Interest in pursuing CPA, CFA, ACCA, or FRM certifications
