Head of Finance & Strategy, Serbia (They/She/He)

We're looking for a Head of Finance & Strategy to lead our Serbia team and help shape the future of our business in the country and region. You'll be responsible for leading the Finance department, managing operational information, and making strategic decisions to drive growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in total
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Consulting
• 3+ years in a Leadership Role
• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or business (MBAs/ACCA/CPA Certification would be an advantage)
• Knowledge of local accounting and tax standards (Local GAAP)
• Problem solving
• Presentation & Communication skills
• Team leadership
• Business acumen
• Stakeholder collaboration
• Project management
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office, Excel
• Excellent written and spoken Serbian & English language
