Sr. Fraud Data Analyst (They/She/He) - HQ

We are seeking a world-class Senior Fraud Analyst to join our fast-growing, data-driven Fintech team. As a Senior Fraud Analyst, you will design, implement, and iterate fraud controls that directly protect revenue and enhance our customer experience. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build best-in-class prevention tools while influencing our risk strategy across multiple regions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or analytics within a leading fintech, e-commerce, payments, or marketplace environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Good stakeholder-management skills, and experience leading projects.
• Experience leading analyses and turning insights into actions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python
• Fundamental understanding of ML and base statistics.
• Experience designing and launching A/B tests
• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Proficiency in English.
