Glovo is seeking a Sr. HR Finance Controller to support the People Controlling team and the interactions with the Finance team in their rapid growth phase. The role involves controlling the execution of the budget, providing personnel cost reporting, and implementing reporting solutions to facilitate automation and self-service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- +4 years' experience in Finance, Audit or related Controlling fields
- Proficiency in the English language
- G Suite expertise (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expertise (Excel)
- Experience in the implementation of projects, processes and procedures
- A proven track record, strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data
