Requirements
- Completed commercial training with commercial further education (Fachwirt etc.) or completed degree in business administration or business engineering
- First professional experience in sales support
- Knowledge in order processing and sales processes
- Knowledge in calculation and pricing
- Well-developed MS Office knowledge as well as ERP and CRM knowledge (e.g. Business Central)
- Experience with webshop platforms and customer-oriented processing of webshop inquiries (tickets) as well as safe handling of online order processes and ticket systems
- Understanding of digital workflows and interfaces (ERP ↔ Webshop)
- Content management skills (ability to maintain product data, images, and texts etc.)
- Fluent German and English language skills in word and script
- Outstanding customer and service orientation, combined with strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Competent, responsible, and independent way of working
- Organizational skills and willingness to engage
