Job Description
We're looking for an Operations Manager to coach small-business owners through evidence-based strategic business platforms, while perpetuating growth in their businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, excellent customer-service orientation, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years' experience in strategic planning and execution on an operational level
- Experience working with and an understanding of financial modeling and budgeting (preferred)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
