Data Scientist – Generative AI (Marketing Focus)

As a Data Scientist, you will drive actionable insights, aid in strategic decision-making, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with the Marketing Team to design, build, and productionize GenAI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, as well as notebook development and debugging
• 2-3 years of experience in product development with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation and experimentation frameworks
• Experience working with Cloud-based data platforms (Fabric/GCP preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
