HRIS Specialist will support HRIS Manager in administering HR software for 12,000+ employees, providing day-to-day administrative and operational support, and excellent service to employees.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong understanding of project management and technical documentation
- Familiarity with HR processes and HRIS systems (ADP Lyric REQUIRED)
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
