We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our team at Recolo, a municipal organization managing residual materials for 23 municipalities. The successful candidate will play a key role in daily HR management, including relations with employees and unionized environment, recruitment, training, and occupational health and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or relevant training
• 2-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Mandatory experience in a unionized environment
• Excellent knowledge of Quebec labor laws and standards
• Strong advisory capacity with managers
• Ability to manage complex and conflictual situations
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization
