Financially autonomous and action-oriented controller wanted to play a key role in the growth of an impact company. Will be responsible for all accounting activities, from bookkeeping to financial statement production, through payroll, billing and budget tracking.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a controller role
• CPA title not required, but considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills and high professional rigor
• Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of an accounting software (QuickBooks online, an asset)
• Sense of organization and priorities, autonomy and discretion
• Ability to explain financial data and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Initiative and continuous improvement spirit
