Job Description
Go RH is seeking a Human Resources Strategist to support clients in optimizing their talent management practices. The role involves analyzing client needs, proposing solutions, and implementing efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and contribute to company growth. This is a key partnership in providing customized HR and recruitment solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or another relevant program
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience
- CRHA or CRIA title (preferred)
- Experience in the service-sales or multi-client world (preferred)
- Valid car and driving license
- Availability to travel to clients
- Master strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Autonomous and responsible, with a sense of initiative
- Business development interest
- Excellent French fluency
- Professional English level
