Job Description

Currently operating in Honduras, GOAL is focused on community development, disaster preparedness, and climate adaptation, aiming to strengthen productive systems and address poverty and inequality. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead interventions in the region.
Requirements
- Establishment of the work plan, strategies, and methodologies.
- Preparation of Annual Operational Plans (AOP).
- Budget control for development interventions.
- Coordination with different institutions and actors.
- Reporting to institutional and donor reports.
- Data management and compliance with policies.
