Job Description
We're hiring a Business Development Associate to focus on sourcing new acquisition opportunities across the MENA region. This is a high-impact role for someone who's resourceful, commercially sharp, and eager to work at the intersection of sales and deal-making.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, investment banking, private equity, or M&A sourcing
- Proven experience speaking with executives, business owners, or C-level stakeholders
- Strong commercial instincts and solid business acumen
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a bias for action
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong understanding of MENA markets, especially Egypt, GCC, and North Africa
- Must speak fluent English and Arabic
