Requirements
- 8-10+ years experience in software sales with both Back-2-Base and New Logo
- 3 years experience as a sales leader, managing a team of at least 3 people
- MBA or related advanced degree
- Proven track record as a hunter and closer in complex sales environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering outstanding service and solutions
- Fluent in German and English
