Sr Project Manager

The Sr Project Manager will be responsible for the management of multiple software implementation projects across the US, including full life-cycle management, project dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Full life-cycle management of projects
• Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
• Incorporating change management controls
• Identifying, mitigating, and managing risk
• Defining project scope and deliverables
• Establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to plans/schedules
• Estimating and ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Managing project documentation
• Managing project communication
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Proactively managing project scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables
• Conducting regular Project Status Meetings with customers
• Building, developing, and growing business relationships
• Setting and continually managing project expectations
• Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, issue logs, action item registers, and presentations
• Contributing to further best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Conducting project closeouts and creating recommendation reports and lessons learned documentation
