Authentication Admin

The Authentication Training Admin is an in-flow authentication role that supports Authentication coordination and improves process success within their facility. This role is responsible for collaborating with regional Auth Trainers, providing photos to Training, and facilitating secondary auth and remote auth confirmations. Additionally, the role involves setting an example for other authenticators, maintaining accuracy targets, and facilitating communication between Training, Ops Leadership, and Authenticators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in authentication
• Knowledge of the current authentication and operations landscape and the ability to adapt to changes
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and oral communication
